General Conditions

Yegara coffee store sells coffee and other products via the internet. To shop with us on the internet, you must be over 18 years of age. We reserve the right for any errors in items, final sale and we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. A completed order means that you accept all of our purchase conditions and also give your approval for your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to be registered with us in our customer register.

Prices and product images

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. Any shipping costs are added, depending on which shipping option you choose when ordering.

The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and nature of the item is reproduced. We reserve the right for any errors in product information and reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice. Yegaracoffee.com reserves itself for any errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any inaccuracies, Yegara coffee reserves the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right for price adjustments, final sales, inventory differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

Payment

Payment is via Visa card,Master card, American express, Klarna payments and Swish payment only for customers in Sweden through this number : 1233281227

Delivery method and shipping cost Deliveries are made via PostNord Service Piont. In connection with the purchase, the current cost and conditions for the delivery method are indicated.

Order confirmation

When we receive your order, we immediately send you a confirmation by e-mail. It is good if you save the order confirmation to have at hand in case of any contact with us.

Deliveries ( PostNord)

Our delivery times are between 2-6 working days in Sweden and up to 7 days in the European Union. ATTENTION! Orders received during weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day at the earliest. For tracking of delivery, please see postnord.se.

If unforeseen delays should occur during delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), contact us at info@yegaracoffee.com, info@united-global.eu.

Uncollected packages We reserve the right to charge the costs for handling that arise in the event of uncollected packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of a maximum of SEK 200 depending on the weight if a package is not picked up. The parcel is held by the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you must first pick up the package and then return it as described below.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you. Always contact us before returning your item.

We need the following information: a) order number (found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note or the invoice)

b) your name and contact details

When you have registered and ordered in our webshop, you have agreed that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. We use standard security procedures to securely store your data.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. These data are:

We currently do not have an active newsletter.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to cancel the purchase for unused product, by contacting the seller, in this case Yegara coffee store. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to foodstuffs such as tea, coffee and sweets. See under Returns for details on how this is done.

Complaint

Should you receive an incorrect or defective item, we would like you to contact us at info@yegaracoffee.com and info@united-global.eu

You will then receive a return slip to send the item back at our expense. If you want a new item, we will send it at no extra shipping cost, provided the item is available. If you instead want your money back, we will make a refund to you when we have received the defective item in return. A refund is made to you according to Klarna's terms and conditions, see klarna.se.

If a dispute should arise, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
